A passion for Private Equity
Through our first venture, Hansen Filler, we discovered our passion for the demands of working within Private Equity and the added scrutiny and expectations this brings on a search partner. Following the successful delivery of multiple projects with some of the world’s leading funds and their portfolio businesses, we recognised the need for a dedicated Private Equity talent partner.
Founded in 2024, EquiTalent offers specialist permanent and interim talent solutions, specifically for the Private Equity industry, across Europe and the United States. Our approach enables us to focus solely on the quality of our delivery, operating with the agility, pace, and flexibility required to cope with the demands within PE.
